Non-Return Policy:

All samples sent to us are considered non-returnable. Do NOT send products to the mailing address expecting it to be returned, it is too difficult for me to manage return deadlines with video deadlines.

Right To Test / Mod Policy:

All Products sent to me I will consider it to be a product that I own and have purchased with my own money. Thus I will proceed with content as such. Which means disassembly, modding, tuning, anything fun that I want to do with it. Unless otherwise agreed upon such as product NDA’s or Embargo’s.

Content Direction Policy:

Not all samples will necessarily result in published content. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PUBLISH ANY CONTENT I WANT, WHEN I WANT. Just because a sample was sent to me, does not mean that I will turn it into video content, or any other type of content or have any deadline of any kind. Please do not try and follow up with me or press me on making videos just because I was sent a sample.

Sending me a sample gives your product the opportunity to be showcased on the channel. It does not guarantee it. Please do not send me anything with any sort of expectation on your end.
